Sunday Pot is a family recipe box that outgrew its index cards. Everything here gets cooked at home, usually more than once, before it is written up.

Quantities are in grams because a scale is more honest than a cup. Oven temperatures are for a conventional oven; with a fan, take off about 20 degrees.
